Rumors
We’re going to put all the unconfirmed reports in this section. If they get official announcements, we’ll add them above but also leave the rumors below.
New Xbox One hardware
Numerous reports claim Microsoft will reveal a number of revisions and other additions to its hardware lineup. Here’s what you can expect Monday morning:

A slimmer Xbox One
Xbox One streaming box and stick similar to Roku.
New Xbox One controller.
A more powerful Xbox One — although Microsoft may not announce this yet.

New Sony hardware
Even more rumors claim that Sony is working on a new version of its PlayStation 4 with more power. This PS4 has the codename Neo, and games will have to support both this console and the original system by this fall.

Injustice 2 is happening

Bethesda will have a big lineup of new games
A Eurogamer story claims Bethesda will announce the following games:

The Evil Within 2
Wolfenstein 2
Prey 2
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim remastered and updated

A web store also claims Skyrim: The Definitive Edition is coming with a November 23 release date.
Watch Dogs 2 is coming in November and takes place in San Francisco
IGN — the site that has an exclusive announcement deal for Watch Dogs 2 — accidentally posted a banner advertisement for the game. It shows a release date of November 15 and a hero sitting in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. Hacking the city of San Francisco makes a lot of sense because how else could you afford to live in that city if you don’t have instant access to everyone’s bank accounts?

Capcom is making Dead Rising 4

Leaked images suggest Xbox One and Windows 10 could get the sequel to one of the better launch games for this generation of consoles. Publisher Capcom isn’t new to exclusivity deals (it did something similar with Street Fighter V and Sony’s PlayStation 4), so this rumor seems sound.
Nintendo may finally localize Mother 3 for North America
Multiple reports are claiming that Nintendo is localizing the Game Boy Advance sequel to Earthbound, which never came out in the United States.
